‘Naada yoga’ means the yoga of sound, which is what defines it from all other studios in town. Each room is equipped with a built-in sound system that plays custom-designed soundscapes to create a deeply focused environment. We’ve worked with this one-of-a-kind yoga studio to design the perfect package for any yoga duo: one month of unlimited access to a wide variety of classes ranging from general levels 1 and 2 to more advanced and restorative sessions. Each course is unique and taught by a seasoned professional. Naada Yoga knows it’s the details that make the difference: warm blankets and soothing eye cushions for final relaxation and a tea salon after class for great conversations.

We recommend two signature classes which are not to be missed: the “yoga wall” class, uniquely built around a tailor-made wall that provides outstanding support, and the “live class”, where a live musicians keep students tuned-in through the two-hour long practice.

The most memorable times are those you share with someone special. And, you’ll have to admit, it helps to have that extra push from a yoga partner to get to those 7 am rise-and-shine classes!
