Les Cavistes is one of Montreal’s premier resto-boutiques on Saint-Denis, carrying a unique selection of privately imported wines, none of which can be found at the SAQ, from organic to classic, from California to Australia.Taught by their in-house sommelier, the two-and-a-half hour workshops are casual and relaxed: it’s all about tasting and less about talking.

These sessions allow an engaging experience where each participant tastes six different wines complemented with mouth-watering tapas. With the workshops touching on a wide variety of topics – whether it’s region-specific or more technical – anyone with any level of wine knowledge is sure to find something just for them.
